Job Description

EchoPark Automotive is looking for an Assistant Reconditioning Manager to join our team at our dealership in Roseville, CA. Our Assistant Recon Coach's priority is to help their teams deliver vehicles reconditioned within our quality and time standards. As part of our reconditioning team, our teammates are involved in the procurement of auto parts and inventory to fulfill requests for the reconditioning of vehicles. The reconditioning team works quickly and collaboratively to produce consistent results.

What You Will Do:

Interact with the Service Technicians to coordinate parts for vehicle reconditioningOrder parts from suppliers based on the Reconditioning Department and Technicians' requestsReceive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are readily available when neededTakes inventory and maintains records of parts receivedProcess parts warranties and parts returns as necessaryMaintain stocking levelsProvide inventory fulfillment to outlying storesTrigger and execute arbitration and transportation claimsManage wholesale units to include a weekly log for visibilityDeliver ongoing quality assurance for on-lot vehiclesReporting when needed and as appropriate

What We're Looking For:

Automotive industry experienceHave a general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operationsStrong computer knowledge, including spreadsheets, word processing, data entry, and inventory systemsStrong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills requiredProven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow up consistentlyStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to take ownership of the details, large and smallDecision-making that demonstrates good judgment
