Daily challenges
Responsible for delivering operational services to outsourcing accounts, covering the team’s portfolio skillsetPlanning, coordination, and implementation of changes (Request For Change), service requests, and/or project tasksPerform proactive analysis of issues, identify solutions for those and apply necessary fixes to the environmentPerform daily operational activities, incidents resolution and communication with other involved teams to deliver stable service, with high quality, and as requested by business customersTroubleshooting in conjunction with vendor and third-party supportPerform other duties according to the IT Service Management processeseXperience and skills required
Preferably 3+ years’ experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support, operations monitoring or end user supportDegree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent certifications will be considered as an advantageGood knowledge and working experience in Broadcom Automic Workload Automation/UC4Experience and/or knowledge in any additional Workload Automation software will be considered as a strong advantage – Broadcom/CA Workload Automation (Autosys); BMC Control-M; IBM Tivoli Workload SchedulerHands on experience in administration of Linux/UNIX based OS, Microsoft Windows Server, System administration, Application deployment and configurationUnderstanding of the correlation between a Workload Automation software, applications, databases, and the hosting OSFluent in spoken and written EnglishCompany benefits
