**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Engineer with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GITHUB Javascript Java TestNG and Selenium. Experience in the Media and Entertainment domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the quality assurance process for software development projects. + Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases. + Provide guidance on best practices for using GITHUB Javascript Java TestNG and Selenium. + Ensure that all software meets the highest standards of quality and performance. + Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects. + Implement automated testing solutions to improve efficiency. + Monitor and report on testing progress and results. + Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards. + Mentor junior quality engineers and provide technical leadership. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. + Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality goals. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance team. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience with GITHUB Javascript Java TestNG and Selenium. + Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance methodologies. + Nice to have experience in the Media and Entertainment domain. + Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities. + Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
