The ideal candidate will have expertise in GITHUB Javascript Java TestNG and Selenium. Experience in the Media and Entertainment domain is a plus. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and in-office work with no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality. + Oversee the automation of test scripts using Selenium and TestNG to improve testing efficiency. + Provide expertise in Javascript and Java to develop and maintain automated test frameworks. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects. + Ensure the integration of GITHUB for version control and continuous integration processes. + Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure software stability and performance. + Monitor and report on test execution progress and quality metrics. + Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards. + Mentor junior quality engineers and provide guidance on best practices. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance testing processes. + Contribute to the improvement of testing methodologies and tools. + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to software quality. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and issues. **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in GITHUB Javascript Java TestNG and Selenium. + Have experience in developing and maintaining automated test frameworks. + Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. + Show proficiency in conducting thorough regression testing. + Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve software defects. + Have excellent communication skills to provide updates to stakeholders. + Experience in the Media and Entertainment domain is a plus. + Ability to mentor and guide junior quality engineers. + Stay updated with industry trends and technologies. + Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies. + Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills. + Ability to work in a hybrid work model with flexibility. + No travel required for this role.
