Обязанности: The role responsible for the orchestration of digital projects as enablers of NC targets delivery in functions and x-functionally. The role level is negotiable and will be discussed after the interview process* Main Activities & Responsibilities Controls: wide automation agenda with the objective of 50% HC compression, including X-functional processes and cooperation with the customers Finance Planning : reporting automation for RCC deliverables, including BCCA scope Contract management E2E (Customer) Supply Chain analytical platform Contribution to further development of Digitalization roadmap for E2E and functions in scope of NC Требования: >3 years of project management experience, preferably within PEP transformation Strong analytical skills with ability to structure complex problems & quickly connect the dots Experienced in implementations of Automation projects with proven practical results in place Very responsive and comfortable with working in a dynamic environment, collaborative Ability to deliver to target and accuracy, and quickly connect the dots Superior project management skills incl. solid understanding of standard PMO tools Good understanding of key activities, roles and responsibilities per function in scope Clear communication skills (both written/oral, both Russian/English) tailored to different levels of seniority
