State license in one of the following: a) Master of Journeyman Plumbers or Electrical License. b)Waste WaterPlant or Water Purification Operators License. c) Federal or State License in any related mechanical field. d) License to handle, reclaim or recycle refrigeration gases as required by1990Clean-Air Act. 2. College degree in Engineering or Business. 3. Two years of completed undergraduate coursework. 4.
