**Automation Operator 2nd Shift**

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Operator to join our 2nd shift team! As an Automation Operator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automation machine, producing high-quality parts for hand sanitizer bottles. If you're passionate about precision, quality, and teamwork, we want to hear from you!
**Required Skills:**
* Basic understanding of automation machinery and manufacturing processes
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently
* Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas
* Basic math skills and ability to track production numbers
* Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
**Nice to Have Skills:**
* Experience with automation machinery and manufacturing processes
* Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn our production management software
**Preferred Education and Experience:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
**Other Requirements:**
* Ability to work 2nd shift (evenings and weekends) and be on call as needed
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to off-site locations (if required)
* Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications (if required)
