Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Python Automation Expert to join our Product Validation Team, working with a global leading customer. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Python development, hands-on experience with embedded hardware units and interfaces, and a strong background in team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to validate the functionality of our customer's products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Python-based automation solutions for product validationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and quality assurance engineersDevelop and maintain test scripts, tools, and frameworks to automate testing processesWork closely with the product development team to identify and resolve issues related to product functionalityLead and mentor junior team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skill developmentDevelop and maintain hardware fixtures and simulators to support product testingImplement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and deployment processesAnalyze and report on test results, providing insights and recommendations for process improvementsStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve automation solutions

Work Experience

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Python developmentStrong experience with embedded hardware units and interfaces (e.g., GPIO, SPI, I2C)Hands-on experience in bringing up hardware systemsExperience with iOS and Android software developmentProven track record as a team lead, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and quality assurance engineersKnowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelinesExperience with hardware fixtures and simulatorsStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issuesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligenceFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesCertification in Python development or a related field
