A&B Process Systems, JBT Marel, located in Stratford WI, is looking for an Automation Hardware Engineer. The Automation Hardware Engineer provides technical expertise to the Automation Department to meet or exceed customer requirements. You will oversee the development, basic programming, commissioning, and technical support of control systems for A&B Process Systems skidded equipment and turn-key projects. On a given day, you may: Oversee the design, requisition, fabrication, and commissioning and customer support of control systems for A&B Process skidded systems and turn-key projects. Work with the Panel Shop Lead to assist with projects and schedules in the Panel Shop. Work with customers for sales pre-qualification, RFQs, and sold projects. Provide project support for electrical testing, factory acceptance testing, and start-up and commissioning of skidded process control systems. Requirements for the role A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar degree. Control Systems Experience: Knowledge of Process Control Instrumentation, Control Panel design, and Control System design. Project Engineering and Management: Experience maintaining Automation project costs is required. Experience creating drawings using AutoCAD Electrical version 15 or higher. Basic PLC programming for process control systems is not required but preferred: Experience with Rockwell Software ControlLogix platform.
