What will you do?• Project Management: Plan, create, and control automation projects to ensure timely and successful outcomes.• Leadership: Lead, guide, and mentor a team of 4 Automation Engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation.• Technological Innovation: Research and implement new automation technologies in alignment with Siemens’ KPIs and strategic objectives.• Budget Management: Create, manage, and control budgets effectively for automation projects and operations.• Process Improvement: Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for enhancement and efficiency.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure automation processes meet business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:• We are looking for a driven and experienced leader with the following:• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Experience:• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation or related fields.• Proven track record in a leadership or team management role.
Technical Proficiency:• Expertise in PLC programming, SCADA, HMI, robotics, and industrial control systems.• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI, and machine learning in the automation field.• Project Management: Project planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk assessment.• Budgeting Skills: Ability to plan and control project and departmental budgets.• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).• Experience working on international or multi-country projects.• Familiarity with Siemens systems, tools, and methodologies.
