We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as **Automation Engineer** The ideal candidate will have expertise in one of the below areas · Vision, in Line coding and serialization systems like Serialization Systech and/or · GMP manufacturing systems and infrastructure like Werum PAS-X, Historian and/or · Shop Floor, Warehouse & Utilities Automation, process, Manufacturing & Packing (Siemens PLC/HMI, Rockwell/AB PLC/HMI, Misc.) and/or · Warehouse management and/or · Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains is a plus. **Responsibilities** · Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. · Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications. · Ensure the integration of product solutions with existing systems and processes. · Conduct thorough testing and validation of product solutions to ensure quality and performance. · Monitor and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization. · Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product solutions and processes. · Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. · Support the manufacturing and supply chain teams with technical expertise and problem-solving skills. · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all product development activities. · Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality product solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. · L1 to L3 level support in area of backup and recovery, Facility management, Warehouse & Automation systems, to resolve Critical, High, Low & Medium Tickets based on Internal SLA. · Able to pick up Cross-Trainings and willing to learn other OT applications. · Write, review and update KBA Documents for the Support Team. · Perform periodic monitoring and qualification testing on new / existing systems according site procedures. · Resolve incidents and service requests with automation, warehouse and IT backup. · Analyze incidents/issues and identify root cause · Implement fixes based on root cause analysis · Collabrating with cross functional teams and stakeholder management. · Document resolutions for known errors and update knowledge base. **Qualifications** · Possess strong technical skills in Serialization Systech and/or and Werum PAS-X or other related systems · Have a solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes. · Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. · Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities. · Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. · Display a proactive and results-oriented approach. **Why Cognizant?** _Improve your career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide_ _Receive ongoing support and funding with training and development plans_ _Have a highly competitive benefits and salary package_ _Get the opportunity to work for leading global companies_ _We are committed to respecting human rights and build a better future by helping your minds and the environment_ _We invest in people and their wellbeing._ _We create conditions for everyone to thrive.
