**About the Role**
As an Automation Engineer in our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and supporting automation systems that are critical to safe and efficient GMP-compliant production. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability of our PLC, SCADA and serialization systems, providing both Level 1 (operational support) and Level 2 (functional and technical analysis).
You will also have the opportunity to actively contribute to improvement projects that drive innovation and process optimization within our production environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support and optimize automation systems (PLC, SCADA, MES) within a GMP-regulated environment.
+ Provide Level 1 & 2 support for serialization systems (e.g., SEA Vision, Antares, Systech or similar).
+ Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analyses.
+ Collaborate with Production, QA, and IT to ensure compliance and continuity.
+ Document changes and incidents in accordance with GDP/GMP standards.
+ Participate in validation and qualification processes for automation solutions.
+ Establish, manage, and continuously improve engineering and automation standards across the organization.
**Your Profile**
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
+ Experience with automation in a regulated (GMP) manufacturing environment.
+ Knowledge of serialization systems and their functional architecture.
+ Familiarity with support processes (incident management, change control).
+ Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
