Summary:Joining us as an Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing automation systems across our manufacturing and production processes. Your expertise within automation will be crucial in driving operational excellence. Key Tasks:Design and Develop Automation Systems: Lead the creation and implementation of advanced automation solutions, including PLC programming and robotics.Process Optimization: Analyse existing processes and see opportunities for automation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.Integration and Testing: Ensure successful integration of automation systems with existing infrastructure, conduct rigorous testing, and solve issues.Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to align automation initiatives with strategic goals.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and apply them, to enhance our systems.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./M.Sc./Cand. Polyt) in related field or equivalent experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Plastics, Automation, or Manufacturing Engineering2+ years' experience in automation: Proven experience in designing and implementing automation systems in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong statistical understanding and ability to perform DOE's and running capability studies, with the use of appropriate software tool.Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyse complex problems and develop innovative solutions.Great teammate: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive and involved approach.Fluency in Danish and English.
