You’ll be assembling and wiring complex control panels that power cutting-edge automation machinery. **🛠️ Key Responsibilities:**
+ ⚡ Assemble, wire, and troubleshoot complex electrical control panels, junction boxes, and subassemblies per schematics and customer specs.
+ 📘 Interpret and analyze electrical diagrams, blueprints, schematics, BOMs, and work instructions with minimal supervision.
+ 🧰 Drill, tap, and modify enclosures for custom component mounting and cable routing.
+ 🔧 Use hand and power tools like wire strippers, multimeters, torque tools, and crimpers for precise electronic assembly.
+ 🔌 Perform advanced point-to-point wiring and install/configure industrial components including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, safety devices, and relays.
+ 📝 Review and redline documentation, support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and contribute to process improvements.
+ 🏗️ Assist with integration and installation of finished assemblies into cabinets or field equipment.
**🎓 Qualifications:**
+ ✅ 2–5 years of experience in electrical panel assembly or industrial automation.
+ 🧠 Strong understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
+ 🛠️ Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
+ 🖥️ Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and industrial safety standards.
+ 🤝 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ 🔍 High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
**🌟 Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 🎓 Technical certification or associate degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or related field.
+ 🚀 Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
