The Change Delivery Manager oversees deployment planning, change management, and readiness to implement the digital solution across the business. Serving as the central point for deployment, they facilitate cross-functional communication, manage launch planning, and coordinate go-to-market activities to ensure smooth solution rollout and adoption.

Scope of Support

Leads the implementation of new digital solutions developed by the Automation FactoryDrives deployment planning by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resource alignmentManages daily delivery activities to ensure organizational readiness and seamless change executionBuilds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and alignmentDevelops and maintains comprehensive deployment plans to support successful rolloutsIdentifies, escalates, and mitigates delivery challenges, risks, and dependenciesFacilitates coordination across business, technology, and change teams to ensure delivery continuityExecutes communication strategies to build awareness, alignment, and transparency around change initiativesCoordinates go-to-market activities to drive adoption and maximize business valueTracks and monitors delivery progress to ensure milestones are met and issues are addressed proactively

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or related fieldProsci Change Management certification or formal training in the ADKAR model (preferred)5 or more years of experience in change management, deployment planning, or business readiness rolesDemonstrated experience coordinating digital solution rollouts, managing cross-functional communication, and supporting adoption strategiesStrong knowledge of change management frameworks and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)Proven ability to manage implementation schedules, delivery milestones, and stakeholder alignmentSkilled in developing and executing communication, training, and go-to-market plansEffective in identifying and addressing delivery risks and organizational readiness gapsStrong organizational, planning, and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and planning tools (e.g., SharePoint, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira)Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without authorityAdaptable and resilient in fast-paced, dynamic environments
