The Solution Delivery Manager oversees the Automation Factory, ensuring the successful delivery of production-ready digital solutions at a steady pace while accelerating time to market.

Scope of support

Manages and maintains the Automation Factory pipeline to ensure prioritized delivery of digital solutionsOversees and coordinates daily factory operations to meet delivery targets and maintain execution momentumFacilitates sprint planning and prioritization, removes delivery blockers, enforces Agile practices, and champions continuous improvementOwns the delivery and acceptance of scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectationsDefines, maintains, and communicates the development roadmap to guide team efforts and stakeholder visibilityManages change controls, escalations, and risks to minimize delivery disruption and maintain project integrityCoordinates resource planning and cost management to optimize team capacity and budget utilizationFacilitates Technology, DIG, and OneTrust requests to support compliant and scalable digital solution developmentLeads governance and communication efforts to ensure transparency, accountability, and stakeholder engagementExperience, Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalentProject Management certification or formal training (e.g., PMP, CSM)5+ years managing complex, cross-functional technology projectsProficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)Solid understanding of software development and digital solution delivery processesStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skillsFinancial acumen with experience managing budgets and resourcesExcellent analytical, organizational, and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
