Automation and Technical Solutions Specialist
Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Automation and Technical Solutions Specialist to create and maintain automation programs and webpages for Communication Telecommunications Services (CTS). This role involves resolving complex technical, scientific, and engineering issues while fostering strong relationships with internal clients.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise and Problem Solving:
Provide advanced technical guidance and resolve complex engineering or technical challenges.Utilize deep technical knowledge to troubleshoot and innovate solutions that meet internal client requirements.Client and Sales Support:
Foster strong relationships with internal clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with products and services.Qualifications:
Preferred experience in technical advisory roles, with a background in networking, engineering, or technology.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support internal clients in English.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, with a focus on continuous improvement.Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience.Proficiency in programming languages: PHP, JavaScript, ColdFusion, Python, Perl.Familiarity with Unix and Linux commands and structure.Experience with Microsoft Excel macros (VBA is a plus).Knowledge of databases: MS SQL and Oracle.Skills in Power Automate and Power BI (including BOT creation).Strong organizational planning and follow-up skills.Strong written and oral communication skills in English.Strong analytical skills and ability to read and code in various programming languages.Working Hours:
Monday through Friday - EMEA afternoon/later afternoon shiftFlexible shift within 13:00 - 01:00 hrs. window.No rotation currently unless the position changes.Return to Office will follow country and international standards.Compensation:
Salary starting from66,000 CZKgross monthly. The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.
