He/She is the support for Automation and Robotics linked to existent and new equipment in Division Foam plants.
The main missions are :
Handle and coordinate all the process aspects in Robotics and Automation with the TeamAutomation Process diagnostics and Improvement
Problem Solving
Machine Connectivity and Digitalization
Propose “Prouf of Concept” for New Process or Process Digitalization and AutomationDefine in Collaboration with the Team:The standard generic solutions for world-wide deployment
The process rules for Automation and Robotics
Lead industrial project for retrofit of production equipment or new equipment within Robotic and Automation scopeLead the key supplier of his domain or project
Write detailed specification for a new machine – Focus on Automation and Robotics
Support the preparation for Investment list for his project
Support Setup and commissioning phase of new machines with the proper validation
Manage the acceptance of the machine in term of performance and safety
Support the Program Manufacturing Leaders and Process Engineers for new projectsYour profile and competencies to succeedQualifications
Minimum Education Level:
Master of Engineering (Electrotechnical, Mechatronics, Automation)Training in Robotics (Fanuc and Kuka as a Plus)Training in Automation (Siemens TIA Portal, STEP7 as a plus)
Experience:
Experience in industry1 to 2 years of experience with robotics and automationEquipment Design and specification
Skills and competencies:
