We are seeking a full time onsite, Automated Testing Solution Architect at one of the following onsite campuses: Glenmont, New York; Springfield, Missouri. You will design and lead test architecture strategies that align with enterprise technology initiatives, focusing on automation within the Property and Casualty (P&C) lines of business.

 

What You'll Do:

 

Collaborate with business, Quality Assurance teams, and IT stakeholders to define the future-state vision for test automation frameworks and practices Develop and maintain technology roadmaps for test automation, including strategic decisions related to frameworks, tools, and integration patterns Translate business requirements into technical testing specifications, designing integrated and automated test solutions Participate in strategic solution architecture planning, identifying future technological trends Oversee the implementation phase, ensuring test architecture and automation designs are correctly translated into working components Support the creation and mapping of user stories against defined solutions. Ensure solutions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies Identify potential risks related to testing and quality assurance and propose mitigation strategies Recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising quality and efficiency Evaluate potential 3rd party software needed to meet solution goals Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant work experience considered Proven experience in delivering technical solutions (Obtaining business requirements, identifying needs, collaborating with key stakeholders, delivering the product) Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and software development High level understanding of J2EE, Angular, and TypeScript Proficient in integration best practices Hands-on experience with test automation tools/processes Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
