Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be embedded into the Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) Support and Test Equipment (S&TE) team responsible for the day-to-day implementation of ATE across the Enterprise. This role involves an Enterprise-wide focus to support the S&TE and ATE across all entities to support the Super Hornet and Growler capabilities. In return, we offer outstanding opportunities to grow, with Raytheon Australia’s exclusive professional development programs, and a raft of employee benefits tailored to suit every stage of your career and lifestyle. **The Role:** + Support the application of S&TE/ATE at the working level, in such a way that supports the specific operational needs of the site. + Assist with the Service Release Process of new S&TE/ATE + Assist with Obsolescence Management (replacement S&TE/ATE) through the USN + Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Defence industry partners and the ADF. + Proactively support relevant and effective Configuration Management and Document Management activities across the Enterprise. + Support Program leaders and managers to respond to S&TE/ATE issues as they arise. This includes undertaking investigations to determine likely causes, corrective actions and improvement opportunities. + Act as the SME for technical questions regarding the S&TE/ATE **The Person:** + Cert IV in Avionics or equivalent + Minimum four years’ experience in an ATE environment + Working knowledge of S&TE/ATE + Demonstrated ability to conduct various types of risk assessments, job safety analysis and hazardous substance risk assessments. + Exposure to warehousing, maintenance workshop, and/or military working environments will be highly regarded + Ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance from the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Don’t miss the opportunity to build your career in a world class team and help build the defence systems that keep Australia safe.
