Job Summary Details:
The Autoclave Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of autoclave equipment used to sterilize production materials, tools, and equipment in compliance with cGMP standards.

Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and maintain autoclave systems to sterilize equipment, components, and materials. Prepare materials for sterilization, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation. Perform routine checks and validation of autoclave cycles to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records of sterilization activities, including batch records and equipment logs. Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions or deviations to maintenance and quality teams. Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure timely availability of sterile materials. Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and handling of biohazardous materials. Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support training of new operators and contribute to a culture of compliance and safety.
