What You’ll Do:
Craft accurate site layouts for wireless and fiber networks, whether it’s upgrading existing setups, tweaking designs, or starting from scratch.
Translate complex technical information — from site surveys and building schematics to photos and existing documentation — into clear, detailed drawings.
Tailor your designs by following client-specific instructions and local engineering rules to ensure every detail is just right.
Collaborate closely with engineers, project leads, and quality teams across Romania, Germany, and the UK to keep projects on track.
Update and refine drawings based on feedback and quality checks, delivering polished, ready-to-use files in PDF and DWG formats.
Keep a sharp eye on quality, proactively spotting and raising potential issues before they arise.
Organize your project files and drawing templates meticulously within our systems for smooth, efficient workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
A technical diploma or degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Must have: solid experience or certification in AutoCAD—2D. (3D know-how is a plus)
Valued but not mandatory: Background in telecom infrastructure design (antennas, towers, rooftop installations, fiber routing).
Strong ability to interpret and apply technical standards and drawing protocols precisely.
Comfortable communicating in English (both written and spoken). (German language skills are a plus)
Impeccable attention to detail paired with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Enthusiastic about thriving in a dynamic, international team environment where collaboration and speed are key.
