Job Overview
Responsible for neural network development of the ADAS perception and AI domain, focusing on automotive neural network functional, developing cutting-edge ADAS functions and holistically optimizing performance/accuracy on Qualcomm Snapdragon Ride platforms. Enhancing existing stack solutions, including training (on-prem and/or on-cloud), evaluation of NN and SDK for tracking, KPI generation and application, integration improvement, as well as creating new architectures based on the latest and greatest neural networks emerging from the research community and optimize them for next generation product and platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for experts in self-discipline and continuous learning with knowledge-based qualifications:
5+ years C/C++ and Python programming experience on Linux or other embedded system
Familiar with popular deep learning frameworks, especially Pytorch and TensorFlow.
Good at software development with excellent analytical, development, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with deep learning network design and implementation; AD/ADAS stack development used in commercial products.
Understanding mathematics in DL/ML and can solve practical problems.
Practical knowledge for NN training, including but not limited to dataset augmentation, training tech, issue triage and evaluation report.
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (verbal, presentation, written)
Ability to collaborate across a globally diverse team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good Experience in handling practical autonomy driving cases using ML or DL approaches, include but not limited to DNN, Transformer, Prediction, Tracking, End-to-End, VLM, VLA and etc.
AND/OR
- Experience in system level neural network improvement, including light-weighted model tuning, low-precision performance enhancement, Hardware-awareness model design/finetune, etc.
- Familiar with Functional Safety and ASPICE compliance is a plus.
Published/Accepted paper in high-ranking conferences, e.g. CVPR/ICCV/ECCV is a plus.
Education Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
