We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Authority/ Stakeholder Engineer** to join our team! In this role you will get to perform a variety of engineering tasks by applying standard engineering techniques and analyses within a discipline. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Manage relationship with the project stakeholders and liaise with all relevant Agencies / Authorities and Client to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs + Attend the progress and coordination meetings and provide support during NOC process and follow-up with outstanding tasks. + Monitor progress of drawings and documentations for NOC application and approval. + Track project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on-time, in terms of NOC process and approvals + Monitor project schedules regularly to determine any delays or deviations, related to NOC progress + Coordinate and collect information from relevant Agencies, third party consultants and contractors for all technical queries and issues, to prepare weekly and monthly reports, as well as design drawings for management and clients. + Aware of the authorities’ standards and requirements, experience in Sharjah is a must. + Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction related field. + Minimum 8+ years of related work experience in a stakeholder/NOC Coordination position. + Must have knowledge and experience in dealing with the approval process for infrastructure and building projects with the specific statutory authority/stakeholder in the Emirate of Sharjah. + Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Arabic would be an advantage + Good time management ability and competence in prioritizing tasks and workload. + Proficient user of Microsoft Office software. Ability to use Auto-CAD is preferable. + Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including external stakeholders + Candidate should ideally have UAE driver's license. + Must have UAE driving license.
