Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Role Definition** We are seeking an innovative and visionary Technology Leader to guide the future of our technological landscape for Robotics Process Automations (RPA), Office365 tools and Power Platform, Chatbots, Generative AI/Agentic AI, and other emerging technologies. This leadership role oversees investigations, assessments, and implementation of emerging technologies to drive advanced process automation and app development. The ideal candidate is passionate about adopting new technologies and promoting change. In addition to guiding the strategic integration of innovative tools and solutions, this position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including Warehouse Operations, Supply chain Services, Customer services, Human resources, Business resources etc. across Product Support Logistics Division (PSLD) to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency. The leader will be responsible for staying informed of industry trends, evaluating technology vendors, and ensuring that all implementations align with organizational goals and compliance standards. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for effectively managing projects from conception through execution, as well as for fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability within the team. Success in this role will help the organization maintain a competitive edge and rapidly respond to evolving business needs. **Responsibilities** + Proven experience in building and leading high-performing technology teams (30 Cat + 30 Agency), Team members based in India & Brazil.      + Lead the development of web applications to enhance downstream and upstream processes, extending the capabilities of ERP/core business applications. + Build roadmaps, oversee execution and manage RPA-Automation Anywhere, Power Platform, and .NET-based solutions from infrastructure setup to solution deployment. + Ensure cybersecurity compliance tasks are aligned with corporate IT system security guidelines. + Collaborate with vendor teams to remain informed of their product roadmaps and key innovations. Incorporate relevant updates into the technology adoption strategy. + Work closely with PSLD business partners to deliver technology solutions that meet strategic business needs. + Engage actively in key industry forums to comprehend emerging trends, hype cycles, technology roadmaps, and their applicability to enterprises, providing insights and proofs of concepts based on these trends. + Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture guidelines, software onboarding processes, software licensing proposals, and enterprise technology initiatives. + Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. + Ability to think strategically and envision technological advancements that drive business success. **Degree Requirement** Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred experience with enterprise-level cybersecurity practices and compliance. Matrix Management: Understanding of the importance of being able to leverage external resources when required and ability to build and use effective working relationships within own department and across department, functional, and geographic reporting lines.
