Note: Benefits may vary based on position type and/or level **Job Summary** This position manages planning, organizing, and directing work to complete projects on time and within budget. **Essential Functions of the Role** + Serves as Project Manager to plan, organize, and direct work. Ensures projects finish on time and within budget. + Identifies potential risk exposures and evaluates the effectiveness of organizational policies and procedures and internal controls designed to mitigate risks. + Assigns work program procedures and other audit tasks to auditors assisting on assigned projects. + Serves as coach/mentor in the professional development of auditors. + Evaluates the work of auditors on completion of projects. + Performs work program procedures and other audit tasks as required. + Reviews and approves all work papers to ensure completeness, proper documentation, and adequate support for conclusions. + Meets regularly with both Internal Audit and client management throughout projects to discuss project status and specific issues identified. + Prepares audit reports and reviews them with both Internal Audit and client management. + Performs other duties as requested. **Belonging Statement** We believe that all people should feel welcomed, valued and supported, and that our workforce should be reflective of the communities we serve. **QUALIFICATIONS** + EDUCATION - Bachelor's + EXPERIENCE - 4 Years of Experience As a health care system committed to improving the health of those we serve, we are asking our employees to model the same behaviours that we promote to our patients.
