Summary

Legends ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Auditor Position for the 2025 season with Premier Food Services, Inc. at the Del Mar Fairgrounds and Racetrack. We are seeking an individual that possesses a strong background in accounting, auditing, data entry, and/or analytics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. (Other duties may be assigned):

Verifying and auditing inventory sheets from Bars and Concession StandsProcessing Daily Sales paperworkReporting variances or discrepancies

Education and/or Experience        

At least 1 year of experience in audit or accounting

Skills and Abilities

Skill in Microsoft Excel and WordA high level of attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrated analytical skillsOperate 10-keyOperate computer keyboard

Computer Skills  

Microsoft Excel and Word  
 Clover and Aloha POS systems a plus

Other Qualifications 

Integrity and Dependability must be able to work nights, weekends, Holidays, full week.

Back ground check required.

Compensation

This position's compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.
