Global in outlook, local in practice – and with a united, shared passion for discovering solutions, we hire talented, driven people and support them to succeed, personally and professionally. **Job Description** The Audit to Optimise (A2O) Engineer is responsible for driving sales and developing customer relationships by utilizing a proactive approach to solve our customers most complex and challenging problems. Our A2O Engineers are preferably mobilized to the field to investigate and review the customers asset. This may consist of remote technical support in a post COVID market. The deliverable of the audit is a set of recommendations to address customer pain points. Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams. **Roles and Responsibilities:** + Conduct audits on customer assets to identify pain points and provide optimization recommendations. + Deliver technical support either on-site or remotely, depending on the situation. + Generate new and repeat business by building and maintaining strong customer relationships. + Independently identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet assigned sales targets. + Present audit findings and technical recommendations clearly to a range of stakeholders. + Prepare and deliver concise technical reports post-audit. + Frequently travel to onshore and offshore sites to perform physical inspections and data collection. + Act as a client-facing representative to promote MPS Aftermarket and Capital Sales. + Engage with various stakeholders including Operators, EPCs, Contractors, Vendors, and Engineering Houses. **Qualifications and Experience:** + **Education** : Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. + **Work Experience** : 4–7 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the Oil and Gas industry. + **Product Knowledge** : Strong practical and theoretical understanding of Midstream Production System (MPS) product lines, gained through field service and engineering experience. + **Engineering Expertise** : Proficient in interpreting P&IDs, PFDs, I&O Manuals, FAT documents, Process Data Sheets, GA Drawings, and Isometrics. + **Technology Exposure** : Familiarity with Electrostatic Coalescers, Produced Water Treatment (CPI, Cyclones, IGF, NSFs, Cartridge Filters), Sea Water Treatment (SRP, ECU, Dearation Tower, Membranes), Surface Pumps, and various valve types. + **Field Experience** : Proven experience in both onshore and offshore environments; capable of performing physical tasks and identifying equipment in the field. + **Commercial Awareness** : Experience in client-facing roles; understanding of proposal processes and securing purchase orders. + **Communication Skills** : Excellent verbal and written communication; confident in presenting to diverse audiences from technicians to business managers. + **Language Proficiency** : Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening). + **Industry Knowledge** : Understanding of oilfield business structures and key stakeholders such as Operators, EPCs, Contractors, Vendors, and Joint Ventures. + **Personality Traits** : Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously from day one.
