Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will supervise the planning and execution of audit and review engagements, lead engagement teams, manage staff, and provide on-the-job training and mentorship. You will prepare and oversee audit planning documents, review workpapers, and draft financial statements and audit reports. Strong client relationships and adherence to professional standards are key components of this role.
Responsibilities
Supervise the planning and execution of audit and review engagements.Lead engagement teams and manage staff, providing training and mentorship.Prepare and oversee audit planning documents including time budgets, audit programs, and planning memos.Review workpapers to ensure audit documentation supports audit conclusions.Draft and review financial statements, management letters, and audit reports.Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive communication and guidance.Ensure adherence to professional standards and firm policies.Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.Minimum of 3 years of public accounting audit experience.Experience overseeing audit engagements as an in-charge or supervisor.Strong knowledge of GAAP, auditing standards, and financial reporting.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
CPA license (preferred, but not required).Experience with ProSystems Engagement and Teammate Analytics is a plus.Work Environment
This role offers a flexible work environment with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. If you are on the road with clients, those days count as in-office days. You will work with different teams depending on the engagements with different clients, so being adaptable to working with various people is essential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, Georgia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $57.69/hr.
