Participate in the development of the Internal Audit Plan Plan and perform operational, compliance, financial, and process audits Identify business process risks Develop testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls Document the results of evaluations Develop recommendations and reports based on audits and present these to Senior Management Produce reports that highlight problems and provide sound solutions to address the issues Monitor the progress of the audit engagement, the implementation of agreed action plans, and appraise the adequacy of corrective actions committed or taken to improve the deficient conditions noted in the audit report Maintain close coordination with other auditors and share information and techniques for better delivery of audit services Establish a satisfactory and harmonious relationship with audit clients Conduct audits with minimal disruption to the audit client’s day-to-day operations Strong time management and organizational skills Seek and aspire for continuous professional and personal development
