Description
We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join our client that is located out west. This role has the potential to be hybrid or remote pending your location. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on accounting and financial reporting matters while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Your ability to navigate complex accounting issues and deliver strategic advice will help strengthen client relationships and support their success. Salary up to $90K. Responsibilities:
• Provide consultation on intricate accounting transactions and ensure compliance with current accounting standards.
• Deliver high-quality audit services within established deadlines while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Engage with client stakeholders, including management and audit committees, to provide insightful and timely advice.
• Identify emerging regulatory and market trends to offer relevant and proactive guidance to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
• Participate in business development efforts, fostering new opportunities and strengthening the firm's reputation.
• Mentor and train team members who are newer to the field, contributing to their growth and development.
• Conduct research and technical writing to address complex accounting or audit-related challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors, managers, or partners.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required, with CPA designation preferred or in progress.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting, including auditing, assurance, or advisory services.
• Strong technical expertise in accounting principles and proficiency in at least one or two industries.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant audit tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including client presentation and technical writing.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, especially in complex situations.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development of both self and team members.
