Description Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm standards Lead fieldwork and oversee day-to-day operations of audit engagements Supervise and mentor junior staff and associates, providing performance feedback and training Prepare and review workpapers, financial statements, and audit reports Identify and communicate accounting, auditing, and internal control issues to clients and firm leadership Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a point of contact during engagements Ensure audit engagements are completed on time and within budget Stay current with industry trends, audit regulations, and best practices Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred) CPA license or progress toward CPA certification required 3–5+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on audit Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and applicable regulatory frameworks Proficiency in audit software (e.g., CaseWare, ProSystem fx, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Requirements Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Audit - Information Systems, Sarbanes Oxley Testing, Audit Senior, ITGC Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
