Join our Workforce of the Future program on the position of Developing Senior Associate and start your career in auditing, with rapid career progression and work conditions that follow that progression.

What would you be doing as a Developing Senior Associate?

From day one, you will get intensive training which will help you strengthen your technical knowledge, competences, and personal skills. The training includes theoretical training, as well as practical work on audit projects of some of the most important companies on our market. You don't have to worry about being alone. Part of the program is also active cooperation with more experienced colleagues and other equally ambitious participants of this program.

Taking part in developing an audit strategy and audit plans, obtaining an understanding of clients and their business processes, performing risk assessments.

Executing operational activities such as collecting data, reviewing the quality of documentation and financial reports.

Collaborating with teams and clients that are based locally and abroad to ensure all stages of projects are completed in time and in line with the PwC’s quality standards.

Learning new skills daily, such as audit planning, project management, time management.

Using the latest technology to reduce the level of manual work (such as Alteryx, Power Bi, UiPath)

What are the requirements for applying?

You are a graduate, or you will finish your university studies by the end of 2024

Intermediate level of written and spoken English
