Audit Associate-Data Analytics

Come join our journey! **Responsibilities** **What You'll Get To Do:** Provides support to the Internal Audit Department in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) on various financial and operational data using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g. Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.). This position also encompasses automation/streamlining of datasets, and analytics computations using programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL, R, PowerShell, etc.). Design and Implement machine learning models and AI algorithms. + Conduct basic and statistical analysis on financial and operational data. + Identify relevant data sources and gain access to them following company policies and procedures. + Conduct explanatory data analysis to assess the integrity of the data, as well as to attain the basic understanding of the dataset. + Conduct hypothesis testing and draw statistical inferences. + Support automation project using Python, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc. + Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI models into production systems. + Research and stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies. + Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. + Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept AI applications. + Document processes, models, and workflows for internal and external stakeholders. + Preparation of datasets for analyses, which includes data cleansing, standardization, validation, etc. + Engineer unstructured datasets into structured ones using custom scripts/programs. + Communicate results through standardized reporting and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx and/or Power BI + Design and create data pipelines for standard datasets from enterprise databases, such as SAP + Collaborate with other data science teams to drive data initiatives **Scope** **:** + Collaborate with various members of the IA team by providing Data Analytics and AI support + Reports to Group Audit Manager **Qualifications** **What You'll Bring:** **Education & Experience** + BS and Master Degree in Data Science & Analytics, Computer Science, or related degree. + Experience of statistical concepts, working in data processing and analysis + Experience in programming/scripting languages, such as Python and PowerShell + Experience in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI + Programming capabilities in Python, PowerShell, and/or SQL **Problem Solving** + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills + Ability to work with large datasets + Assertive and proactive, able to manage your own workload and take ownership of a project **Communications** + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration with the internal Audit team as well as other departments. + Confidence, organization, advance preparation, and good listening skills to make presentations to small groups are essential. + Must have passion for understanding processes, strong attention to detail with unquestionable integrity to maintain independence and objectivity. **Other Requirements** + up to 15% business travel to international or domestic locations. **Benefits & Perks - What's In It For You:** Panasonic prioritizes total wellbeing. The wage range of $68,000 - $78,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
