Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Audio Visual Engineer to join one of our largest technology clients' IT team in the Bay Area. This role is responsible for the end-to-end operations, support, and lifecycle management of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco video conferencing hardware, and Microsoft Teams Phones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio-visual systems, collaboration technologies, and infrastructure project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate, support, and monitor Microsoft Teams Rooms across HQ location.
· Oversee the deployment, conguration, and support of Microsoft Teams-certied phones.
· Monitor call quality and device performance using Microsoft Admin Center and analytics tools.
· Manage and support Cisco video conferencing endpoints (e.g., Webex Room Kits, Room series, etc..).
· Analyze logs and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
·Collaborate with Cisco TAC, Microsoft support and internal teams for escalations and root cause analysis.
This role can pay between $45-$50/hour depending on years of experience and skillset.

Skills and Requirements
· 3+ years of experience in AV/VC operations and support.
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco video conferencing systems, and Teams Phones.
· Strong understanding of AV signal ow, control systems (e.g., QSC, Crestron, Extron), and network fundamentals.
· Procient in reading and analyzing system logs and diagnostics.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. · Microsoft Teams Rooms Technical Solutions Professional
·Cisco Certied Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent null
