We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Audio Visual (A/V) Engineer, SME. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 USAREUR-AF Mission Partner G33 MCSD, located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Designs, implements, and maintains video conferencing infrastructure, video conference endpoint, applications configurations, and video collaboration applications
Develops, tests, and implements Audio/Visual (A/V) solutions, including systems, networks, equipment, and software
Possesses and applies knowledge of A/V system design, configuration, programming, installation, troubleshooting, testing, best practices, network topology, operating systems, and associated applications that pertain to the A/V environment
Supports activities to resolve incidents and problems, including workarounds to return A/V system availability and functionality
Supports accreditation for A/V systems and maintains systems in compliance with security requirements
Provides Biamp/ClearOne DSP programming and troubleshooting support
Creates and maintains Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and SOPs for COP and CIP operations tailored to the MP environment
Ensures fidelity, accuracy, and timeliness of COP and CIP data
Assesses emerging policies, technology, and best practices for applicability and implementation into networks, systems, hardware, and software to improve efficiency, effectiveness, security posture, and resiliency
Provides engineering expertise for migration and transition of systems, including from on-premises solutions to cloud-based solutions
Frequently attends and participates in meetings to discuss new technologies, technology insertion projects, and modernization roadmaps
Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
May supervise others
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives
Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge
Mentors other A/V engineers and administrators
Qualifications:
Required:
Currently hold an adjudicated TS Clearance and be able to obtain an SCI
BA/BS +13 years recent experience
Certification – 8140 - CCNA or GCIA or GCLD or GDSA or GFACT or CASP+ or CCNP Security or CCSP or GCED or GCIH
Possesses extensive knowledge of audio-visual systems, video conferencing infrastructure, and collaboration applications.
Demonstrates expertise in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex A/V solutions, including DSP programming and network integration.
Exhibits proficiency in creating technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and concepts of operations for A/V environments, while showing mastery of security compliance and accreditation processes.
Displays strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to supervise teams and guide projects to successful completion.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices in the A/V field, including expertise in COP and CIP operations.
Possesses experience in transitioning systems from on-premises to cloud-based solutions.
Exhibits comprehensive domain expertise in A/V engineering, applying this knowledge to complex work assignments and technology insertions.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
