Audio and Visual Technician
**General Summary** Provides a variety of audio-visual support services and expertise. Operates and maintains highly technical audio-visual equipment in various venues and settings. **Duties and Responsibilities** **Essential Functions:** + Operates and manages the use and maintenance of internet video-conferencing equipment. + Operates and manages the use and maintenance of Smart Boards, LCD projectors and audio systems. + Operates and manages video archiving systems. + Maintains an audio-visual equipment pool. Coordinates requests for equipment use and ensures that equipment is delivered to designated area and is returned after use. **Common Expectations:** + Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment and safety standards. + Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings. + Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation. + Maintains appropriate records, reports, and files as required. **Qualifications** **Minimum Education:** + Associates Degree Required **Work Experience:** + 2 years Media technical services or computer science experience. Required **Driver's License Statement:** Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management. **Courses and Training:** + Microsoft certification (MCTS or MCITP).
