**Overview**
The Audience Strategy Director (ASD) for Publicis Media will sit in a unique intersection between the planning and activation specialists across the suite of PM media agencies. They will provide strategic leadership and support the planning teams by guiding them through the translation of historical targets into addressable audiences built through digital signals. The ASD will provide guidance on how to find growth through net new audience segments and data driven tactics, inspired by brief details and client objectives. They will be responsible for developing and selling through best-in-class audience solutions for clients across the agencies. The ASD will also support the activation teams to ensure campaign set up and reporting reflects the narrative and performance of the custom audience segments. The ASD will also participate in the roll-out of Global operating tools and systems. Helping planning teams navigate the onboarding process with Global success and enablement teams.
The ASD is a hard-working, process-oriented people leader that understands digital structures through technology. They are solution oriented, have strong communication skills, and an overall can-do attitude.
They are fluent in their operational understanding of both programmatic and social execution, while also having experience with the upfront planning process of dissecting brief details and building of strategic audience profiles.

**Responsibilities**
+ Support planning teams in developing digital audience strategies, inclusive of participating in client recommendation meetings and data solution presentations.
+ Lead and manage client communication around our data solution audience segments while fielding client questions
+ Actively listen to client teams and continually identify audience data segment opportunities that can be integrated into digital strategies and campaigns
+ Participates in the overall management of the audience data solution and new business audience segmentation needs
+ Manage tracking of client contribution (forecasts and pacing) to overall audience revenue goals
+ Participate in, and support Account Managers in creating audience segment based actionable insights for reporting and client communication needs.
+ Participate in operational discussions around the tracking and reporting of audiences within the DSPs, social platforms and offline planning tools (OOH, TV)
+ Participate in Global Groupe conversations and initiatives regarding proprietary data solutions, AI agentic systems, and centralized planning to buying operating systems.
+ Work with client planning teams, activation teams (Precision and Apex) to advance colleague and client knowledge and comfort level in our data solution and audience segments
+ Work with Publicis Media pitch teams in developing audiences and data solution collateral for pitch narratives and documents, with opportunity to participate in the pitch presentations, specifically within data, tool, and tech meetings
+ Manage knowledge sharing and ensure both planning and activation points of contact have a proper understanding of the audience segment capabilities and advancements as the product evolves
+ Work with Global teams on data and tool collaborations to support Global data and ad tech narratives
+ Be the people leader, a mentor and sometimes a doer when needed
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
+ 10+ years of progressive levels of responsibility in 360 media planning, buying and management with a focus in digital and platforms evolution.
+ Exposure and fluent understanding of demand side platforms and social platforms.
+ Excellent Communication Skills - Clearly and concisely convey ideas both verbally and in writing. Actively listen to others and provide constructive feedback.
+ Interpersonal Skills - Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other departments. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
