Attrition Mitigation Strategy Lead
**Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first** The Attrition Mitigation Strategy Lead plays a key role in enhancing patient experience and ensuring continuity of care during transitional moments such as provider departures, center relocations, and mergers & acquisitions. This role combines strategic development with hands-on project management to design and execute targeted outreach initiatives that provide patients with needed support and improve retention outcomes. **Responsibilities** + **Strategic Framework Development:** Lead the development and implementation of strategic frameworks across use cases, partnering with cross-functional teams to design workflows and create standardized tactics that will enhance patient retention. + **Project Management and Coordination** : Manage the intake of projects and execution of retention tactics by facilitating meetings, establishing detailed project plans, coordinating alignment across teams, and ensuring progress to goals and timelines. + **Outbound Call Strategy** : Oversee the outbound call approach in partnership with call center leadership, ensuring that agents have the tools they need to communicate effectively, document outcomes, and monitor campaign performance. + **Staff Training and Readiness:** Ensure staff readiness by developing patient-centered templates and talking points, delivering targeted trainings, and maintaining a feedback loop with operations to address ongoing needs. + **Data Management and Performance Reporting** : Leverage data to report on progress and provide actionable insights that guide strategies and measure program effectiveness. Partner with analytics to develop dashboards that provide real-time insights into performance and enable ongoing optimization. + **Technology Optimization** : Identify technology opportunities and collaborate with IT on solutions to optimize the patient journey, streamline tracking processes, and ensure accurate, clean data for patient communications. **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field. + 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in healthcare + Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects + Demonstrated experience in developing strategic frameworks and implementing process improvements + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide support to staff and leadership + Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday, Microsoft Project) + Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) and analytics to track outcomes and support data-driven decision making + Ability to travel to CenterWell / Conviva Clinics and Leadership Workshops as needed **Preferred Qualifications** + Project Management certification (PMP, PMI etc.) **Additional Information** Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 **Pay Range** The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $115,200 - $158,400 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
