Description We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Braintree, Massachusetts. In this role, you will focus on privilege review for document production and assist in discovery processes. Responsibilities: • Conduct privilege reviews to ensure compliance with legal standards prior to document production. • Perform document reviews to support discovery efforts in ongoing litigation cases. • Draft and review legal motions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements. • Prepare briefs and other legal documents to support case strategy and court submissions. • Collaborate with legal teams to analyze discovery materials and identify key case details. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of litigation procedures and best practices. • Ensure all legal documentation complies with applicable laws and regulations. • Support case preparation by assisting with research and evidence organization. Requirements • Must be a licensed attorney authorized to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. • Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, including familiarity with legal processes and case management. • Proficiency in conducting privilege reviews and understanding of related legal principles. • Ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity. • Strong knowledge of discovery processes and techniques. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing legal documentation. • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a legal team. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
