Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Attorney to join a dynamic law firm in SW Denver area. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with expertise in estate planning, probate, guardianships, trust administration, conservatorships, real estate, and general business matters. Responsibilities: • Draft and manage estate plans independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. • Oversee trust administration processes, including conservatorships and guardianships. • Handle probate cases efficiently, maintaining attention to deadlines and case progression. • Provide legal guidance on real estate transactions and general business matters. • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address complex legal issues and deliver tailored solutions. • Conduct research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making. • Ensure timely and meticulous handling of legal documentation and filings. • Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to provide informed legal advice. • Prioritize multiple cases while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting. • Foster strong relationships with clients through clear communication and exceptional service. Requirements • Licensed attorney in Colorado with active credentials. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, or related legal areas. • Proven ability to independently manage estate planning cases with minimal supervision. • Expertise in trust administration, guardianships, and conservatorships. • Strong understanding of real estate law and transactional matters. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. • Self-motivated and detail oriented with a proactive approach to legal work. • Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
