Description We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join our team on a contract basis in Braintree, Massachusetts. This role involves conducting privilege reviews and document reviews to support discovery processes. Ideal candidates will bring litigation experience and hold a current license to practice law. Responsibilities: • Conduct privilege reviews to ensure compliance with legal standards. • Perform document reviews to support discovery efforts. • Draft motions and legal briefs with precision and clarity. • Collaborate with the legal team to address complex civil litigation matters. • Analyze and organize case documents for efficient legal proceedings. • Provide expert guidance on privilege-related questions. • Support discovery strategies by identifying relevant documentation. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders. Requirements • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. • Proven experience in civil litigation. • Proficiency in drafting motions and legal briefs. • Strong understanding of privilege review processes. • Familiarity with discovery procedures and document review. • Excellent analytical and organizational skills. • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
