This is a long-term contract position, offering a unique opportunity to work on diverse legal matters within the business services industry. Responsibilities: • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with legal standards and organizational goals. • Represent clients in commercial litigation cases, providing effective legal strategies and solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and finalize master agreements tailored to specific business needs. • Conduct thorough research on legal precedents and applicable laws to support case preparation. • Advise clients on legal risks and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to regulations. • Manage legal documentation and maintain organized records for all case files and contracts. • Work closely with other legal professionals to address complex legal challenges. • Provide legal counsel during negotiations and dispute resolutions. • Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to ensure proactive legal support. • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all legal dealings. Requirements • Proven experience in drafting contracts and conducting commercial litigation. • Strong knowledge of master agreements and their applications in business services. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex legal issues. • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently. • Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado. • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
