Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney to join our legal team in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a background in personal injury law and litigation, who is eager to make a meaningful impact by advocating for clients. The position offers a hybrid work environment and the opportunity to handle challenging cases. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in personal injury cases, ensuring their rights and interests are protected. • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments. • Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents in a timely and accurate manner. • Manage discovery processes, including collecting and analyzing evidence. • Prepare for and participate in litigation proceedings, including trials and hearings. • Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to develop effective case strategies. • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the case lifecycle. • Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in your practice. • Stay current on legal trends and updates in personal injury and civil litigation. • Work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks. Requirements • Active license to practice law in the state of Michigan. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law or civil litigation. • Strong background in no-fault and personal injury cases. • Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and conducting legal research. • Demonstrated experience managing discovery and litigation processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical practices.
