Minimum requirements:
LLB Degree Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa Minimum of 5 years' experience in Family Law Excellent drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to manage high-pressure situations and sensitive cases Managing a caseload of family law matters, including divorces, maintenance, custody, and protection orders Drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings, and agreements Representing clients in court and during mediation or settlement negotiations Providing professional legal advice and guidance to clients Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards
