Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our clients growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocacy and a strong understanding of legal procedures, court rules, and ethical considerations. If you are a team player with excellent communication and research skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. + Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations + Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases + Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts + Communicate with clients and opposing counsel + Manage caseloads and meet deadlines + Participate in the development and implementation of legal strategies + Represent the firm in professional organizations and legal associations Requirements + Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. + Licensed in Texas + 4+ litigation experience in a law firm or legal department. + Strong negotiation and mediation skills. + Experience in handling complex civil or criminal cases. + Proven track record of successful case outcomes. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. + Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
