Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Attorney to join a thriving law firm in Chicago, Illinois. Responsibilities: • Manage real estate files, including residential and commercial closings, property sales, and purchases. • Support litigation efforts related to real estate, such as handling evictions and landlord-tenant disputes. • Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery materials. • Communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure their legal needs are met. • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. • Conduct research and analysis to support case strategies and decision-making. • Maintain organization and accuracy in managing multiple cases and deadlines. • Contribute to a team-oriented environment by sharing knowledge and participating in group discussions. Requirements • Licensed Attorney with current credentials to practice law. • 0-2 years of experience in real estate law or related fields. • Familiarity with residential and commercial real estate transactions. • Knowledge of civil litigation processes, including discovery and motion drafting. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail. • Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic legal environment.
