**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst with 2–6 years of experience in **Account to Report (ATR)** processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing key month-end activities, reconciliations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
**III. Qualifications**
A. Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter, MBA Finance preferred)
+ 2–6 years of relevant experience in ATR or R2R domain
+ Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)
+ Proficiency in **SAP (S4 HANA preferred)** and Microsoft Excel
+ Good communication skills and stakeholder management
+ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
+ Experience working in a shared services or multinational environment is a plus
+ M.COM, MBA Finance
B. Preferred Qualifications
**IV. Knowledge, Skills and Abilitie**
+ Perform **Account to Report (ATR)** functions across multiple business units
+ Month-end close activities: **journal entries (JEs)** , **accruals** , **inventory accounting** , and **reconciliations**
+ Prepare and analyze **Profit & Loss (P&L)** statements with variance commentary
+ Manage **intercompany loans** , settlements, and confirmations
+ Execute **foreign exchange (FX) runs** and post related tax JEs
+ Prepare and maintain **site lists** for financial reporting purposes
+ Handle **cash clearing** , journal preparation (in **S4 HANA** ), and balance sheet reconciliations
+ Support **Cash/Revenue/WFM COE** processes
+ Deliver **daily/weekly/monthly reporting** in a timely and accurate manner
+ Validate **payroll** data and perform related accruals and **tax analysis**
+ Engage with stakeholders to resolve open items and ensure continuous improvement in processes
**V. Physical Requirements**
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.
