Processes expense reports and ensures payments are made. Generates and distributes routine financial reports. Assists with investigations into account reconciliation problems. Builds routine accounting documentation such as memos and cover letters. Maintains index of tax and accounting references and distributes to department. Uses bank statements and supporting documentation to perform monthly bank reconciliation. **Responsibilities** Responsible for supporting Revenue Accounting and reporting process, coordination for some activities assigned to other members in the team, and focal point for Projects and initiatives. _Additional responsibilities include:_ + Support GSF Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects + Support BRAVO reporting task + Support reconciliation and general accounting process + Understanding of accounting technical requirements + Understanding controls applicable in the process + Support Finance improvement initiatives, implementation within the revenue process in the team. + Responsible for the accuracy of General Ledger accounting entries and Reconciliations in accordance with GAAP, Compliance, Internal Audit and SOX requirements. **Requirements** + Major in Business Accounting or related is required + Office tools + Basic knowledge of general accounting processes + SAP knowledge is a plus + 2 years of accounting experience, shared services is preferred + Basic - Intermediate English + Soft Skills: Teamwork, stakeholder management + Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Power Point + Basic knowledge in Power BI **Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** + Communication skills, knowledge of general accounting processes, understanding of accounting principles and practices, compliance knowledge (Sox and internal controls), matrix environment, analytical skills, logical thinking; knowledge on other SAP modules. **Job location/Organization** + Bogotá - Colombia (Hybrid For more than 130 years, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) has been a part of our cultural fabric at Johnson & Johnson and woven into how we do business every day.
