**Job Title: ATM Channel Operations Project Manager**
**Location: Wilson, NC**
**Pay Range: $55 - hybrid schedule**

**Role Summary:**
The Critical Function Manager within ATM Channel Operations is responsible for leading, organizing, and mitigating risks associated with a designated critical function. This role ensures the successful execution of operational objectives through strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead planning, organization, and execution of assigned critical function as delegated by the ATM Channel Operations Senior Manager or Operations Manager with staff oversight.
+ Drive timely achievement of objectives by influencing stakeholders and coordinating efforts across internal teams and third-party vendor partners.
+ Make informed decisions regarding business rules, workflows, procedures, and service delivery within the assigned function.
+ Monitor and enhance fleet performance, contributing to ATM Channel strategy and recommending technology and tool improvements.
+ Serve as subject matter expert for assigned function, including:
+ ATM monitoring applications
+ Third-party contract and SLA performance
+ Process performance analytics
+ Asset management tools and databases
+ Apply Lean principles and process simplification to manage and improve operational activities. **Must Have Required Qualifications to apply:**
+ Prior experience supporting ATM operations
+ ATM Lifecyle Management
+ ATM related projects
+ Proven project management capabilities
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret moderately complex business scenarios
+ Technical proficiency relevant to ATM systems and operations
+ Experience in the financial services industry
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or technology
+ Minimum of 3 years in back-office financial services, business process analytics, or technology project management
+ Certifications in process improvement, change management, or hardware asset management
